The Shrimp:

The best way to prepare the shrimp for this dish is to start by seasoning them with salt and pepper.

Next, heat a pan over medium-high heat and add some olive oil.

Once the oil is hot, add in the shrimp and cook them for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

Flip them over and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Once done, remove them from the pan and set aside.

The Vegetables:

Heat some more olive oil in the same pan as before over medium heat.

Add in the chopped garlic cloves, red chili flakes, zucchini and bok choy.
